Everything LotReel does, in plain terms.

LotReel is a video platform built for one industry: car dealerships. It assembles a personalized vehicle video from a stock number, hands your salesperson a link, and tells them the moment the customer watches it. No editing, no app for the customer, no technical skill on the floor.

The three videos it makes

Every video LotReel produces falls into one of three types, and each one belongs at a different point in the conversation.

Business card video

Your salesperson's personal introduction — a video business card. It is recorded once and reused forever. This is the first touch on a new lead, before any specific vehicle comes up.

Stock video

A ready-built walkaround for one stock number. Nothing renders and nothing waits — the rep searches the stock number and copies the link. This is what goes out when a customer asks about a specific car.

Customer video

The full thing: the salesperson's intro, the vehicle walkaround and their outro stitched into one personalized video. This is the warm follow-up, the appointment-setter, the VIP treatment.

A full video library from day one

Most video tools hand a dealership an empty library and tell the salespeople to start filming. That is where they die — nobody has anything to send in week one, so nobody builds the habit.

LotReel fills the lot two ways at once. Your inventory manager films real walkarounds on the LotReel phone app, and they upload instantly — a vehicle filmed at 9am is sendable by 9:05. Meanwhile, any vehicle that has not been filmed yet gets an auto-generated video built from its listing photos. The result is complete coverage on the first day, and every auto-generated video is quietly replaced by the real walkaround as the inventory team works through the lot.

Inventory viewer with price hider

Salespeople can browse the full inventory and send a vehicle video without exposing the price. The customer's next question comes back to your rep instead of to a number on a screen.

Knowing the moment they watch

LotReel notifies the salesperson when a customer opens a video — and it reports how much of it they watched. That percentage is the part that changes the follow-up.

Someone who opened a video and watched five percent of it is curious. Someone who watched eighty percent of a walkaround is picturing themselves in the vehicle right now. Those two people do not deserve the same phone call, and until you can see the difference you are guessing at which is which.

Price-drop alerts

LotReel watches inventory prices around the clock. When a vehicle's price drops, the salesperson gets an alert — and if it is a vehicle they recently sent to a customer, that alert is flagged so it cannot be missed. A price change stops being an inventory event and becomes a concrete reason to reconnect with a lead the dealership has already paid to acquire.

Where your salespeople already are

Chrome browser extension

Salespeople live in a browser all day — inventory in one tab, CRM in another. The LotReel extension sits in the toolbar and opens in a side panel, so nobody has to break their workflow to send a video. From the extension a rep can copy their intro link, search a stock number and build a customer video, browse ready-made stock videos, check what is still rendering, and update their own intro and outro.

Nothing for the customer to install

The customer taps the link and the video plays in their browser, the way a YouTube link does. No app store, no download, no account. The link works in SMS, email, Facebook Messenger and WhatsApp alike.

Built for more than one store

Each dealership gets its own account, its own users and its own inventory, fully isolated from every other store on the platform. Groups running several rooftops get cross-store administration and analytics across all of them, while each store's data stays its own.

Access is deliberately tiered. A platform owner creates dealership accounts; a company owner runs their store and its people; an admin handles inventory, stock videos and user accounts; the inventory manager films walkarounds; and the salesperson simply logs in and sends. Salespeople cannot self-register — an admin creates the account and sets the password, so nobody outside the store reaches your inventory or customer data.

See it running on your own inventory.

We will build a real video from a vehicle on your lot and send you the link. No install, nothing to sign.
